A six month project to improve all operations across a growing golf simulation group. Currently at 4 sites (Chelsea, Fulham, Waterloo & Wimbledon). Big focus on the Wimbledon site due to it having the largest F&B offering.

• Weekly Reporting accross all sites

• New food menus with better GPs

• Implementing Marketman (Ordering and Costing software) across the group.

• Improving GP across the group

• Tendering out suppliers to improve cost of goods

• New drinks deals
